I am in love with banana bread. Don’t tell my husband.
I can make a few loaves and they won’t last the day! Especially if its spring butter season and my favorite amish friends are churning it! I love to slather it on!
Since going gluten free to help my son with his Lyme, and shedding some unneeded pounds for myself, I have not made banana bread.
Today was a mom and son date so I asked him what he wanted to do. He said, bake banana muffins! So I scoped the gluten free baking aisle….I had a coupon for Pamela’s Gluten Free Pancake and Baking mix.
