It was one of those days. You know what I am talking about.
I switched on the frankincense resin burner and put my head in my hands. Soon the aroma wafted all around me.
It reminded me of reading Leviticus in the Bible. The people would use frankincense as part of their ritual before the Lord for cleansing of sin.
“And thou shalt put pure frankincense upon each row, that it may be on the bread for a memorial, even an offering made by fire unto the LORD.”
This is just one example of the sacrifices the Jews of the time of the writing of the Tanakh would conduct. I am grateful today that Jesus sacrifice has gone before me and allowed me to come boldly to the throne of grace to find restoration!
